Gen Prayut had a meeting with Hong Kong chief executive Carrie Lam on Friday. On the sidelines of the Apec leaders' meeting, Commerce Minister Apiradee Tantraporn met with Canadian Minister of International Commerce Francois-Philippe Champagne.
